PRPBN Extended Shakur Dinner Held Dec 29th-Jan 3rd

On Dec 29th the Polymathematicians greeted each other at the opening of the extended Shakur (thankful) dinner held to mark the end of a successful 4 month rectification period within the PRPBN focusing on the question of Culture.
The extended Shakur took place from December 29th through January 3rd and took many important decisions. The meeting adopted the broad proposal of PRPBN Chairman Comrade Tommy Ingiaye and formulated the forthcoming steps of the party in the next period.
After prayer and salutation of the ancestors, the party chairman greeted the party in Peace and congratulated the ranks for great successes in the past period.
2009 will be remembered as a year full of tremendous internal struggles and all-around advances for the revolutionary movement under the leadership of the Poor Righteous Party of the Black Nation, comrade opined.
The Polymathematic Community is increasingly being acknowledged as the most advanced expression of the new revolutionary movement developing among original peoples in the 21st century. He reminded them that these forward steps were achieved at great cost and asked the entire Party to be prepared for even greater sacrifice. He went on to point out the significance of the year 2010. He said the party was the young vanguard of a new revolutionary movement that was born out of Hip-Hop in the 90s, which came of age in the 2000s and that in this decade would be “decisive.”
In this situation the party must be keenly interested in developing higher its organization and advancing a mainstream movement for social revolution.
Enemies have also noticed our sucess and have taken keen interest in the peaceful work of the Camp, comrade pointed out. In this context, the party and the masses of people must remain ever vigilant to the threat of bourgeois subversion and the wiles of Satan.
The party, a special and unique organization among the people, is conscious of the weight of the moment and the stakes of the time.
“Because of this noble program, we are keenly conscious of our limitations and with God’s help, we will overcome them and fulfill our responsibility.”
To carry out its historical role, Chairman offered four areas that the party’s could focus upon in the next decade: those are that of Prayer and Family, and Education and Work.
“Comrades, these are the things that are good for us, on so many different levels, collectively or individually, personally and publicly, as an entire party or us as single revolutionaries.”
The broad proposal of the chairman was received with militant applause as the ranks of the party were unified in full agreement.
Other comrades spoke and expressed thankfulness for the four month period and pointed out that while though a great amount of work was carried out even during this period, it was both wise and prudent for the party to take time to focus on itself and its own culture.
Comrades expressed their deep love for the party and their strong desire to see the Polymathematic –led revolutionary movement advance to a new height.
The Shakur then held an extended building session where all comrades put forth their views so as to reach the correct conclusions.
Decisions
a. Main Task in the Next Period
It was decided that in this next period the Party will take building up its own ranks, developing its Community and expanding its Organization in an all-around way as its Main Task.
In the last period dating from the historic First Party Congress in 2005, the Party had correctly and farsightedly took the building of the broad Black United Front under the independent leadership of the revolutionary Black working class as its Main Task.
It was analyzed that the party’s clear and consistent stance for non-sectarian dialogue and cooperation, unity and united front, had brought significant positive changes to the movement, and thus should continue to be accorded a central role in the party’s daily work.
Yet only by placing the main focus of our work on the program, Polymathematics, civilization class and the strategy and tactics of righteous communism can the strong Polymathematic revolutionary centre necessary to develop the mass movement for revolution in North Amerika be generated.
The extended Shakur resolved the following:
1. to energetically carry out the plan to consolidate the party’s popular profile among its mass base i.e. Black, Brown, Red and Yellow working class communities, Women, proletarian youth, lumpen, progressive elements of the intelligentsia, etc.
2. To seriously study, popularize and distribute the Polymathematic Manifesto widely among vanguard elements to achieve a new height in ideological unity among revolutionaries and the Community
3. To increase resources and support for the party’s work through the development of new enterprises and strengthening existing ones through reliance on the basic masses of our people.
4. To greatly expand fundamental Party Organization i.e. Civilization Class nationwide to train and bring forth scores of new mass revolutionary forces and new revolutionary cadre skilled in the arts of Polymathematics
5. To unite the entire party towards a tremendous 2nd Party Congress in 2010 which will unite the Polymathematicians on an intercommunal level, solve all outstanding issues and chart the party’s future strategic and tactical course.
b. Unity and Publicity Campaign
It was decided that the immediate task is to unify the ranks of the party around the program and strengthen the Party’s mass base among the youth and working class of the oppressed nations of North Amerika.
Thus, a two phase Unity and Publicity Campaign will be launched, its first phase (Jan-March) consisting of launching Earth/God Civilization Classes and public Mass Civilization Classes*, cultural events, interactions, and ending with the March 27th 2010 PU Open House**. This year’s theme is “God and Revolution.”
The second phase (April to July) will consist of Door to Door Outreach and Mass Green Card Leafleting, Revolutionary Street Ministries, May Day actions, Hood Playground Tours and declaration of people’s survival programs. The second phase ends with the 3rd annual Black Star Games in July 2010.
c. 2nd Party Congress in 2010
As per Party norms, a new Party Congress has been set for 2010. The First Congress of the Poor Righteous Party of the Black Nation was held in the midst of Hurricane Katrina in September 2005.
The Congress, the highest democratic body of the Party, has responsibility to elect a new leadership team, resolve problems related to organization and formulate the plan to build the party on a national and intercommunal scale.
A new interim committee, bringing new comrades into central responsibilities, was established to guide the party, in place of the previous Central Committee, which had been suspended at the beginning of the four month period.
Comrade Ingiaye has been handed responsibility by the party to chair this committee until a new CC can be elected at the forthcoming Party Congress.
To facilitate the work of preparations for the 2nd Congress, the Interim Committee formed the following Commissions: Party Organization; Mass Movement and Programs; Gender, Lifestyle and Culture; Finances; United Front Policy; Media and Propaganda
These commissions will facilitate work in those areas and after considering views of entire party, make recommendations to be finalized at the plenum and then adopted in the main report/document of Party Congress.
Conclusion
At the extended Shakur held to mark the conclusion of a successful 4 month rectification period within the PRPBN focusing on the question of Culture, the party resolved to move to a new height on the basis of its 13 year experience of raising high the revolutionary flag of the Sun, Moon and Stars and the glorious banner of the Five Jewels of Peace and Its Restrictive Law.
The party resolved to go all out in this decade to raise and transform the thinking and actions of the people.
With God’s help, the party will touch the hearts of the people and develop the new revolutionary movement like never before using new revolutionary tactics, proposals and slogans.
With God’s help we will make the world aware of the program and the work of the Party and its growing Community. Once again we pledge to remain united on the revolutionary path of the program of peace.
For the development of the new revolutionary movement in the 21st century!

*The Civilization Class (CC) is the fundamental form of Party (righteous communist) Organization, the calling together of the revolutionaries in this day in time to build in the best of manners and encourage each other in righteousness and revolution on the basis of the program. (Matthew 18:20). The guarantee and protector of the New Power and embryo of the new righteous communist society, CC and MCCs are organized by Polymathematic University for men, women and children.
